Your leasing agent manages the lease procedure with the approved tenant, using a professionally prepared lease agreement, and ensures that all proper contracts are executed in the right manner. During the execution of the lease agreement, the tenant is given a proper guidance on the usage of your property to ensure that your property wear and tear is minimal. The tenant also pays all rent, deposits and any fees in accordance with local legal and financial regulations, which are duly recorded.

Finally, our leasing agent and approved tenant conduct a walk-through your property to take inventory.  This important walk-through assists in accurately assessing any changes in condition of the property using the inventory notes when the tenant moves out.
